Kamui can be used for short/long range if having both eyes

Intangibility- no counter from the Rinnegan

It can time warp any object no matter of it's size

Overall Obito's eyes are more dangerous and efficient.

He can pretty much defeat Juubi by himself, something you can't do with the Rinnegan.

Well obito mig be string if he has all the rinne abilities in one which we don't know seeing how he has only shown a select few just the body control and the outer path ability.

well juubi is pure chakra so cutting off some parts of juubi wont matter he needs to kamui the entire juubi and still there might be a option of juubi breaking kamuis dimension

Nope. Totally 2 separate types.

Kamui was all about special jutsu.
Kamui was belong to Uchiha Obito only.
Uchiha clan is all about eyes (sharingan).
Then each individual had different type of special jutsu.
Not all Uchiha would had the same special jutsu.
It was mentioned when Itachi took his best friend left eye.
If you dig the Naruto manga chapters, Kishi just keep adding each individual special jutsu.

Rinnegan was god's eyes. But..
Nagato said his Rinnegan jutsu cannot be compared with SO6P.
They could be link together. good for fighting. no blind side

Kakashi himself said he could you kamui on giant objects the only reason he was able to take the the 8 tails was because kurama gave him chakra.
