Kakashi's sense of borrowed is temporary :| I don't really count anyone's else's powers as borrowed unless they have to give it back.
Besides that Obito has to die for Kakashi to get DMS

Kakashi didn't have to give it back. Obito's chakra simply ran out.
Same thing with Naruto. Kurama dies = Naruto used borrowed powers.
I suppose it's subjective though.
