Kamui can be neutralized by just blocking Kakashis vision.

If Kakashi begins Kamui and Hiruzen puts up Earth Wall he no longer has vision of Hiruzen and the jutsu is therefore neutralized.
Hiruzen can stream any element from his mouth with no hand seals so should Kakashi begin it he shoots something at Kakashi now Kakashi's eye is looking at whatever Hiruzen sent and it will warp that instead and it is neutralized.
