Speed of activation equal/or ftg is faster depends on placement of mark and the only reason minato didn't follow tobi into his dimension was b/c he had to go stop the fox, and the speed of repetition is very different I'll show you.

Both Kamui and FTG can work extremely fast if they need to, but FTG has a slightly faster activation and teleportation speed.

A good example is when Tobi attempted to warp him upon the Hokage Monument. At the last second, Minato was able to teleport away with FTG.

FTG is way faster as proven in the fights he had, but for me i would take kamui any day of the week over FTG just because i dont need tags to move around.

Having both would be superb,damn I wish Minato if would've taught FTG Kakashi before he died Means Naruto too will learn it eventually from Kakashi

FTG is obviously the fastest jutsu in the Narutoverse. You can teleport to any spot with a seal on it in an instant.
Although in saying this, i would much rather have Kamui, but only if i had it in both eyes.
You can send anything or anyone you want into your dimension without having to touch them, and you can go intangible for a continuous 5 minutes.
