Kamui made no sense, then how?

Okay, I don't quite understood with this Kamui thing by the latest chapter.
However, HOW can Obito use Kamui by entering Kaguya's dimension to find Sasuke when there are a lot of dimensions Kaguya can travel around? If Obito manages to connect Kaguya's space-time when she enters her dimension by the time Obito use Kamui to sync with her, then does it mean Obito will immediately appear to Sasuke's place? But Obito doesn't know that what kind of dimensions that Sasuke had been caught. Like there are lavals, sand, ice, rain, night etc...

Am I missig something, or is it just me?

He is talking about how Obito will know the specific dimension.

That or Obito is going to Kamui close to the Kaguya portal, enter it, find sasuke, and use Kamui to get back.

Either way, it's going to be trial and error until they find Sasuke​

Thats exactly it. He is takeing a risk that when he travels into the other dimmension, that he will get into sasukes dimmension. Its either give it a shot, or game over. And he only has enough chakra with sakura and naruto clone, that he can make trip there and send sasuke back.

Well, now it makes sense...
Obito can just jump into Kaguya's portal when she is ready to travel again, so by that time he can travel with Kamui inside that dimension and find Sasuke, but the question was, how can he find him when there are a lot of dimensions appearing around?
