Yeah, it is good, but personally I think that Itachi's Tsukuyomi would be better....if you need to rob a bank, all you need to do is use Tsukuyomi and everyone will be stuck for 1 hour. Then you can rob to bank with time to spare. If cops show you then you can use it again and they will be freezen and you can make your getaway. This is my personal opinion...not saying your idea is wrong, just wanted to put this out

how would it be better? you get exhausted doing tsukuyomi and can only do it on one person. plus they know they were in a genjutsu afterwards.
