Kamui is a great deffence, but no too great for offense

It can easily suck in most attacks coming at him, but on offense it becomes difficult to use because it is hard for him to target somebody moving fast. If he can them in one strike that is great, but if he misses he is wide open for retaliation

It does seem to be alot more effective when Kakashi uses it for defencive purposes.

I disagree. Kakashi can teleport the fastest moving projectile we've seen. Very, very few people can move fast enough to dodge Kamui. Using Kamui to stop one projectile will leave him open for another, using it to oneshot an a opponent makes the opening a non-issue. Kamui is better for offense than defense.

I agree, or it could be use as a ambush tech try to caught other people off guard.
but I think against really top tier shinobi it still won't fly because they probably have some trick up their sleeve to dodge it ( i.e S/T jutsu ) or in general some sensory skills to know beforehand and confront enemy.
