First question:
We know that Obito can move from kamui-world to the real world at any time and with great precision. How does he know where he's spawning? Does he have a portal-view of the entire planet, and can choose a destination like a GPS?

Second question:
In theory Kakashi's Kamui should have the same ability as Obito. His Kamui has a range from point 0 (0.0 eye socket) until his max range that is as far as his eye can see. So Kakashi should be able to do the excact same thing that Obito does when he makes his body intangible. Warp in and out of Kamui World, by just using Kamui at a zero point range, ergo his body and warp himself.

How did kishi miss this? Pretty sloppy writing if you ask me.

Well, it's not just range, it's TARGET, and the target is whatever he sees. Unless he's looking down at himself he can't target his own body. That's why he looks at his hand to warp himself. Either way, it doesn't matter, because he CAN take himself to the Kamui dimention. What makes Obito's unique at the tradeoff of range is projection, wich people once saw as "intangability"

No. When Obito goes intangible, while it's still based off of kamui, the method that he uses to teleport is different. That's why the "intangibility" move is unique to Obito's eye only

I will explain if needed but I'd rather not as it's a thread-worthy amount of info
