Another example would be when people attack Obito, they go through his cloths, meaning that both his clothes and vital spots are transported. How come his cloths are not shred?

Imo , obito's ability is the defensive kamui, not really meant to hurt anything, I doubt you'll ever be able to explain exactly how it works.. but then again, can we explain where black flames come from? almost no ms ability makes full sense...

Kakashi's kamui is more violent, you select a target and use it and that target gets warped into the other realm forcefully..whether it's a head, hand, doesn't matter...
