Kamui confusion

If Obito can't use Kamui while he has the Juubi inside of him, then how was he able to use it when he dogded the third hokage's attack?

why would he lose his MS ability to begin with, makes no sense...

reason is simple obito is just not using kamui as simple as that..!!

Maybe he could send stuff to Kamui dimension, but he himself couldn't go there. I think.
