Kamui beats solos Yata Totsuka

either version of kamui can beat it long/short range.. kamui has no counter except kamui or some interdimensional weapon or jutsu we haven't seen.... Yata solos all physical material attacks.... dimensional and genjustu still solo the mirror and anyone behind it.....

Not really. Itachi attached Yata and Totsuka to his Susanoo, but the fact that Orochimaru has been searching for Totsuka all his life (even though he doesn't have Susanoo) means that these items exist separately from Susanoo. And Itachi cannot just create a copy of them if one pair is Kamuied.

Itachi doesn't have anything that could touch Obito. His best bet is Tsukyomi, but even a non-MS Uchiha who was mediocre at genjutsu was able to break free from it, so I highly doubt an MS Uchiha who at the age of 14 controlled Kyuubi would not be able to.

And apart from Tsukyomi, absolutely nothing would work against Obito.

Except Kamui is not an attack in itself - it is a teleportation. Kamui won't try to deal any damage, it will just warp the Yata mirror away.

If you would have paid attention to the original meeting between Obito and Sasuke after the unfortunate death of Itachi, Obito had been struck with Amaterasu, and it had not "one-shotted" him, nor even caused mortal injury.

Even though susanoo is solid it's still made of chakra, you can't kamui chakra this guys thread has failed now if he said something smart like kamuing the user then maybe it would've been worth debating.. :sy:

I really don't believe it made a discernment towards type of attack. Now if you wanted to argue that obito/kakashi would just have to launch a physical jutsu at Itachi and time a kamui at the same time, then I would say you would find Yata's weakness. It would have to phase to counter kamui, but then it would be unable to block a physical attack at the same time (and vice versa). I think it is unfounded to assert Kamui would take out the Yata Mirror alone.

Many are coming to forget Kamui is not an actual jutsu of attack, it is a transition S/T ninjutsu that allows the user to teleport anything at will(Obito by touch, and Kakashi at a long range gravitational wormhole), even the data books state nothing can resist being pulled in by Kamui. Of course, logical conclusion states that as Yata Mirror is a spirit object with no physical form, it may resist being pulled in by Kamui, because it not necessarily an object with subjected mass unless you find Yata Mirror's physical form.
