What is water in Real Life
ok water is very important for us to live cause we need to drink it to live cause without water we will be dehydrated. Living things need water to survive. Waters got a nice flow to it... makes me feel calm just thinking about it but water can also be dangerous... because theres like Tsunamis and Whirlpools and other disasters that can take ur life, i guess when ur in water u feel relaxed and al your stress goes away( only in a spa and warm water... cold water makes u feel cold but some people find it relaxing).
What is water in Narutoverse
Water is one of the 5 basic elements and allows the user to create their own by using chakra and turning it into water. its way harder to to creater water using chakra and its easier to use a water source.( i dont know much....). Water release techniques can change shapes such as turning the water into the shape of a dragon and the water release techniques can also make the water turn solid as well. Water nature is needed to use Ice release, Wood release, Boil release and Storm release.

It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.

Advantages:
it doesnt require any handseals
I can manipulate the water so i can make a shield to defend myself from some D-rank Jutsu
I can jump infront of my enemy and shoot a blast of water in his face
Disadvantages:
Doesnt kill my enemy
can be dodged easily by moving out of the way
How would you Block/Defend against this technique:
I would use an earth style Jutsu and make a pillar infront of me stopping the blast of water from hitting me.
I can use the same jutsu and create a water shield and then they cancel eachother out
How would you avoid this Technique:
By moving out of the way
Using a win jutsu and pushing myself back

When my opponent is using a D-rank fire jutsu i can use my water chakra and make a shield to stop the fire jutsu or i can send a blast of water that stops the fire jutsu and keeps going at my opponent.

As i see ur clone running towards me i gather a decent amount of water chakra and then i channel it towards my left hand, then i release the water chakra from my hand and use shape manipulation to shape the channeled chakra and make it into a sword made out of water. I then continue to hold the sword in my left hand and when your clone gets close enough to me i cut ur clone with my sword horizontally.
Advantage :
Doesnt require any handseals
I dont need a water source
I can cut through a D-rank fire jutsu with this?
I can keep wielding this sword until its destroyed

Not a long range weapon so

Yah , you can use the sword to cut through D-ranked Fire attack but if you used it against a weapon such as swords or katan i pretty much think the sword/katana will cut through the water sword and continue towards you stabbing you or making a cut on your body,so I guess you not to use it against someone that carries a sword made of metal.

Perform the "Rat → Dog → Ox" Hand seals while building up a good amount of water chakra then channel it to your dominant hand,once you channel your water chakra to your hand release the chakra out of your hand while using shape manipulation to shape the water chakra into the shape of whip,this whip allows you to or hit my clones or bounds them on their place.

I preform the Ram→ Tiger handseals while gathering a good amount of water chakra, once i have gathered a good amount of water chakra i then channel it towards my mouth. then i compress more water chakra into the water chakra which is in my mouth to make it more dense and use shape manipulation to shape the water from the normal liquid form to a sticky liquid form. Then i spit the water chakra out of my mouth at an angle towards your clones and the sticky liquid lands on top of them binding them and making it hard for them to breath.
Advantage:
When my opponent is stuck i can go in for the kill
My opponent will be struggling to breath
Disadvantages:
Requires handseals so it will take some time
my opponent might be able to dodge it since im shooting it ontop he/she can move to the left. i dont know how much space it can cover.
How would you avoid this technique:
Since the jutsu is aimed from the top and shot at an angle i have some time to move away?

I can use it on my opponent and then to stop them from moving and hit them with an epic move.
