DC: omniversal^3 via British technology, stopped a neutron stars energy by firing an ak47 past it.
Durabilty: not needed, can't be touched by anything, even so, can respawn from previous checkpoint.
Speed: MFTL+ aproaching infinite, could keep up with makaroV and his desert eagle casually, which was single shot star buster and could initiate time warp.
Striking strenght: immeasurable, strangled makaroV no diff, who previously was moving and juggling tanks.
Lifting strength: class 100++ can juggle continents and throw them across the mulitverse and fixed it into another living planet, pleasing the titans.

That's just speculation because Whis is the strongest character in the Dragon Ball universe thus far. Bills implied that there are stronger beings throughout the universes, so it's likely that he and Whis are outmatched by more superior beings.

Bills is actually galaxy level because of a reference from the movie stating he can make a galaxy dissapear in an instant, and he's massively FTL.

A character from FF became omnipotent but was she considered the strongest in the series, no as other characters that weren't omnipotent are stronger.

and what's the distance? How is confirmed how fast he was? How was it impressive? Non quantified, no can tell, unless someone scales using pixel scaling, time frame, and distance and how he did it. The human eye can't even perceive speeds above 700 miles per hour, depending on the size of course, my ceiling fan is moving fast and I can't see all the wings in motion, so HOLY SHIT MY FAN IS HYPERSONIC! Wtf kinda logic is that.

Even accounting reality Bruce lee could punch faster then the eye could perceive, that never made his punches supersonic. A supersonic punch can generate an impact of almost a ton. Just cause u can't see them, doesn't mean they're FTL. Bills is still Mach 31,000+ unless someone can come up with a logical calc that he's FTL. Right now only whiss is MFTL+ alone.

If the author never used fukin "physics" then this will be Tom and jerry, or looney tones. The earth is in motion, planets core was being altered and the planet moved from its axis thus causing a chain reaction and blowing up= physics and logic. If they're was no physics? DBZ is inconsistent and physics are just not applicable in Toriyama's mind. It stated in the funimation dub that Broly shattered a galaxy and in the japanese dub it stated that the galaxy was under attack. Yet the funimation dub fits with the animation because you can clearly see a galaxy get shattered. DBZ wiki states that with the exception of a few planets (Goku was on one of them planets) the galaxy was ridden of all life. So the logical question is, was the galaxy shattered by Broly or was the galaxy life wiped by Broly? You're either siding with the funimation dub or DBZ wiki? I'm ignoring the original dialogue because it just dosen't sound logical. Also, i'm pretty sure Broly was in his Super Saiyan form (Not Legendary form) when he attacked the galaxy because when Goku first engaged in battle with Super Saiyan Broly he stated that was the Power Level he sensed when he was searching for him on one of them planets that he was on. So, It's possible that Broly wasn't even in his Legendary Super Saiyan form when he attacked the galaxy.

What i don't get is Broly shattered or life wiped the galaxy at the start then later on in the movie, Trunks and Goku state that he can destroy a universe in the funimation dub!? This just shows you why the funimation dub is not official at all. DBZ wiki is fan made so both aren't legitimate, but in this Broly galaxy situation both the funimation dub and DBZ wiki seem logical rather than the japanese dialogue stating that Broly just attacked it.

Bills is the ruler of the 7th Universe so if he tried to destroy a galaxy in an instant earth would of been obliterated along with the Z-Fighters. So unfortunately Bills can't display a galaxy busting feat because bad dosen't triumph over good according to Toriyama. Just hope in the next movie or saga that someone pushes Bills to such an extent that he automatically erases a galaxy from another universe perhaps. Even Whis said to the Z-Fighters to watch their tone because an upset Bills would do some catastrophic damage. Another failure from you.
