Although the person you're quoting is wrong. I don't remember Rasengan killing anyone and Gohan's (not Goku's) Kamehameha killed Cell. :/

Hype is hype. It's not actually considered a power scaling feat. This is especially disprovable since SSJ4 Gogeta would struggle to destroy a small solar system with one go, let alone a big one.

I personally think rasengan, because you can also add ellements like fire, wing or whatever. Naruto could add fire and burn cell or freiza to hell

You do realize that cell or frieza wouldn't even feel a rasengan of any type i mean shit frieza survived the planet he was on exploded while already near death.
