Still Believe Sasuke would win albeit it would take longer and more difficulty, Susano would take the masks attention most of the time, meaning Sasuke can still use jutsu directed at Kakuzu while the hearts are zipping around the Susano'o which If I recall MS Sasuke's wasn't that bad, so it can withstand for a while
