Kakuzu would dodge the Iron Sand if it was used to make huge constructs, he's no slouch in the speed department. I honestly doubt Sasor's poison gas would affect Kakuzu's hearts, because you've got to breathe for poison to take affect, and enter the body. Similar to how Sakura was engulfed in the gas, she didn't breathe it in, and nothing happened. Same applies here.

In the Databook it's stated the drawback of using Domu is going immobile. But I agree though that he can dodge the sand without it; depending on variant.

Are you suggesting that he doesn't need to breathe at all? And what I meant was actually the Satetsu not gas. But that'd probably work too.

Lmao, most of that's at Zex my man. I'd agree if Kakuzu kept these hearts on him. If he spreads them out, they're not going to survive too well. Iron Sand world or a plethora of projectiles'd probably do them in.

Kakuzu's Domu=/=Real Diamond. They don't share the properties, it's just comparable to how hard it is.

Kakuzu's hardening is based on carbon density control and he uses his chakra to increase pressure as well as density. Pretty similar to how diamonds are made. But you could be right.

I mean, Sasori can always add on more Iron Sand and increase the weight of his attacks, which would pretty much make him even more destructive.

And I don't really see how Kakuzu takes down Sasori, especially since manga intel implies he'll take out the hearts and then Sasori will rock them with IS, which leaves only Kakuzu with his Domu.

Agreed, Sasori's largest IS-spear-like attack would comfortably smash his Domu.

OT: Sasori should be capable of manipulating the IS like Yondaime Kazekage does (both use Magnetism, Gaara does too btw). He uses the solidified versions since he is trying to scratch someone and end it then and there. But there's no reason to say he can't use it similarly to how Gaara does, and engulf Kakuzu>crush him. He can create a lake of IS that would have Kisame buried until the next resurrection of Kaguya.

True. But we're still talking about manga intel here, no? Puppet Masters are really weak against attacks on themselves. Kakuzu could easily assume he'd be able to beat Sasori by surrounding him and trying to bypass his puppet so I still see it likely that Kakuzu would try to take out his hearts in order to pressure Sasori from multiple directions. At which point Sasori could counter with IS.

Unless he goes that V2 mode of his. But then his skin and all opens up so Domu won't be particulary effective anymore.

Not really. Kakuzu can only completely blow it away with Atsugai. Atsugai is not a spammable technique at the end of the day, IS manipulation is. Not to mention if he makes the location into an IS pit like he did here [

]. Thus he can easily attack Kakuzu from below, above and behind/infront. No way Kakuzu is reacting to all those with Domu, especially if it's from below.

And you can't demagnetise IS because Sasori would just add the Kazekage's magnetism chakra back to it.
