This would be an intense battle but I'm going with A high difficulty.

A's speed especially with V2 raiton armour will be too much for Kakuzu to handle and he can dodge Kakuzu's elemental barrage with ease. Remember that doton domu won't protect Kakuzu from A's attacks since A has lightning infused punches and kicks. Kakuzu might be a good strategist, but he won't be able to do much as A is constantly blitzing him. Kakuzu does have multiple lives which would be problematic for most shinobi but A has bijuu levels of chakra so he should be able to pull it off.

As for Kakuzu's offence, he does have those black threads but A can either dodge them or his raiton armour will protect him. Wind mask will cancel out the raiton armour but it
