Kakuzu will be difficult to kill since he have many hearts and also contol different element jutsus
Jiraiya would man-rape Kakuzu 5 times over.
Even Kakuzu's Iron Skin is nothing to Jiraiya. He'd probably bash it with brute force in Sage Mode. Along with Ma, Pa, and the other giant toad summons he can do he'd overwhelm Kakuzu.
