:lol does the rain village have a kage?

Jesus it clearly says Kage is the term designated to the leaders of the five villages, if it was all vilalges it would say so. Read the first twenty chapters of Naruto pretty sure it states it there as well.

I just personally don't assume that because they don't have a kage that they have village elders who are the leaders.

:lol if a village has 4 elders it would be a council imo.

Kakuzu would win this

Hiashi would constantly wasting chakra to defend from Kakuzu's elemental Jutsu. In fact, Rotation honestly shouldn't be able to hold up under the pressure from multiple of these large scale attacks

If he tries to get in close and use Gentle Fist then his tentacles wrap him up like he did to Kakashi/Naruto. Earth Grudge Fear tanks any Air Palm as well.

Rotation held up against the juubi's hand, but wont against atsugai?

Yeah, my bad it was Hiashi and Neji. In that case, half the Juubi's hand. And it still > atsugai

The Juubi's hand is only acting in one direction Atsugai would pressure it from all sides with extreme force ultimately halting the ability to rotate at all, and then crushing Neji/Hiashi

Based on how it works? He's constantly spinning chakra to redirect the force of attacks, if the force is coming from all sides he simply has no direction to redirect it and it ultimate fails.

:lol... .Didn't know I could make up basic physics.

The pressure would have to be equal to or stronger than rotation though. You can't prove that it is as the output of force from rotation nor the pressure of atsugai have never been stated

Atsugais pressure is defined as Extreme and was strong enough to blow down a huge stretch of giant tree's as well as resonating a force that pushes people who aren't even within its AoE backwards.

Along with creating a crater of decent size.

I'm not saying the pressure isn't great, we can agree on that. But we still don't know if it's equal to rotation or what the stats are for either of them so we can't figure out of it'd stop it or not.

Those trees were already dead, and even then it's not saying much for a wind tech. Part 1 temari was doing that.

Yes we can, rotation was stumped by a bunch of wood was it not, also like I said rotation doesn't work when the force is coming from all angles, its simply logic doesn't matter how strong it is, Atsugai has shown enough pressure so that when the rotation falls to redirect anything all fo its bearing directly down upon any Hyuuga.

Those trees were already dead, and even then it's not saying much for a wind tech. Part 1 temari was doing that.

She was slicing them, had nothing to do with pressure.

They were dead but werent they also hollow?

Pretty sure they were still rooted, maybe idk wasn't a big point :lol its extreme air pressure that at a natural disaster level leaving a crater in its wake and resonates screaming pressure.

No. The reason Neji got hit was because he was too slow. Nothing to do with air pressure. No evidence atsugai would counter.

No evidence it wouldn't and as I've pointed out to you based on how both jutsu opperate it can be assumed it would work.
