I use to thought Sasuke would win because of someone bringing up the color chakra. "Sasuke is able to see all his hearts with Sharingan and use chidori blossom. But then I remember the battle with Kakashi.... Lol....

Kakuzu roflstomps.

He has greater intelligence, experience, stamina, strength, and more powerful ninjutsu than Sasuke except for Kirin, which could probably even be countered by using all of his hearts against it. He also can split his hearts into separate beings to overwhelm Sasuke with numbers and could be used to counter any genjutsu. His CM will only help increase his speed strength and ninjutsu a little, but that still won't be be enough to close the gap between their power level.
