This is an interesting match in my opinion.

-Kakuzu has all five hearts, and therefore possibly Suiton (which would be the only element he didn't use against Konoha).

-Gaara is how he is now, but at full health and chakra.

if in a general field type area, kakuzu has to kill him fast or risk being buried and crushed. gaara will probably kill him once and walk away, only to get restrained by tendrils and hit with false darkness. auto defence should save him though but not from kakuzus heart removal ritual. gaara has to break free or die

Well everyone is saying low-diff for either side so i feel that nothing constructive will come from this thread.

Ive debated this before I say Gaara with VERY high diff assuming no one get's Rasenshuri-trolled. but it could go either way.

I vote kakuzu. gaara doesn't bring out tidal waves of sand unless its necessary so he would start with the gourd amount kakuzu charges shoots his hand at him it gets blocked and informs kakuzu of gaaras technique. kakuzu pulls his arm back dodges sand till he can get all masks out then all masks pound gaaras defense until raiton mask finishes the job. gaara probably gets a few sand clone feints in but he has no answer to raiton mask and would probably let go of kakuzu if he happened to catch him and thought he was dead.

Gaara wins beacause when Kakuzu has 5 bodies Gaara can fight all of them at once as long as he has some type of rock/soil/earth
