He probably does not. Some people literally just vote for 1 character just by seeing everyone else votes for that 1 character without thinking things through. I am willing to debate anyone on why Darui solo's Kakuzu low-mid difficulty, even with the fact HE ALREADY DEFEATED KAKUZU OFF SCREEN. Some people like to deny facts like that but at the same time:

Hanzo defeated the Sannin off screen
Pain defeated Hanzo off screen
Kakashi beat 7 swordsman off screen

I can keep on going with this list too. The fact that Shukaku ordered Darui to defeat Kakuzu, then later in the manga we see Darui standing over Kakuzu pinned down........ its obvious he defeated him.

Since the OP didn't state anything, both of them start in base mode. Since this is Versus Colosseum, all fights are non plot, meaning Darui will not stand around and watch Kakuzu release his hearts like Kakashi and company did. Darui uses Black Panther to one shot Kakuzu frying all his hearts in the process.

Even if someone tried to make a scenario where Kakuzu releases all 3 of his hearts, Laser Circus one shots all of them, because are precision guided lasers and they are too fast for his hearts to physically dodge.

It one-shotted dozens of White Zetsu who don't need normal human bodily functions to survive so I am fairly certain it will one shot Kakuzu and all of his hearts if they are in his body that is. Black Panther will cause burns to Kakuzu's muscle tissue, and nerves inside his body and before you say he does not have any and hes made of those black tendrils, wrong, he was still human as Tsunade noted when she did an autopsy on his corpse and explained what the Rasenshuriken did to his cells and nerve tissue.

When struck by Black Panther, the electrical impulses in his heart and brain will be disrupted and stop, resulting in cardiac arrest, his hearts will stop and die just like that. Not to even mention the serve burns and organ tissue damage lighting causes when struck by it could potentially kill his hearts with ease. Oh and before you say a ninja can't go into cardiac arrest, wrong, Naruto had a mild heart attack in the Land of Iron.

Now back to Zetsu, they are superior species. They have no organs, they don't eat, sleep, or breathe and are more durable than humans. That is how I know Kakuzu will get one-shotted. Lighting Style damages its target the way it does because they are humans, with electrical signals flowing throw their body, water, and have tissue and organs that can be disrupted and hurt by its surge. The Zetsu have none of this, a lighting attack should not hurt them yet they were one-shotted too which leads me to the conclusion that Darui can one shot Kakuzu and all his hearts with the Black Panther.

Not saying I am totally correct either, I could be disproved, this is a discussion thread after all and this is what I think.
