Mainly because Kakuzu's Ghosts can't be controlled so Danzo can use it only on his main body to get rid off Domu, but I'll just restrict both Jutsu for a fair fight I guess.

KA is dangerous here but I believe his mask have been shown to act on their own before, going by that if the masks re enter his body that should wake him up fromt he genjutsu placed on him.

Baku can. But Kakuzu is pretty smart too. A master of all 5 elements, will counter Wind/ element affinity.

kakuzu's stamina levels are unknown. danzo can destroy the masks if tenten's fodder fuuton can.
theres always the off chance that danzo will get close enough to touch kakuzu and paralyse him then destroy the hearts one by one using his fuuton sword. for 11 whole minutes danzos immortal and invincible so damage doesnt matter
