Kakuzu wins this easily IMO.
Chiyo and Sakura's attacks can be tanked with Domu.
The puppets can be destroyed by a Domu hardened fist or Fuuton: Atsugai.
Sakura can be dealt with by Raiton: Gian or Katon: Zukkoku or Fuuton: Atsugai. Kakuzu can also kill her by punching her with a Domu hardened fist.

Physical attacks don't work on him and the poisons can dodge by Fuuton..

His elementary attacks were able to crush all the trees in his surroundings and Chiyo's puppets are firm as wood, so her attacks are pointless.

And Sakura is not opponent for Kakuzu..
