Why would that even matter, when:

- Kakuzu fights with all of his hearts outside of his body. If he camps in Domu for even a couple of seconds, Madara would ravage the masks with no difficulty, and now Kakuzu is down a couple of lives and techniques.

- Camping in Domu accomplishes nothing and only wastes chakra even if he has the masks inside his body. Kakuzu'll be attacked and knocked around faster than he can blink with Madara's bunshin technique, and ridiculous attack and movement speed feats.

I don't understand why a counter to Domu is made a requisite to defeat Kakuzu in everyone of his threads.

I don't understand why a counter to Domu is made a requisite to defeat Kakuzu in everyone of his threads.

Kakuzu letting all of his hearts out would spell an end to them. He'll keep his doton heart inside his body and you need to kill all five of his hearts to beat him.

I agree Madara dominates him in the fight and could possibly outlast him.

No thats not his fighting style. Kakuzu's style chooses the appropriate method of attack usage, depending on the target type.

There's no reason for you to have Kakuzu think or fight dumb here.

The issue is stated above, he can cover any battle style he needs to fight, while having a jutsu that physically protects himself from anything Madara has to offer

I remember when kakashi was used by the author to foreshadow the sharingans plot relevance via genjutsu, precognition & hand seal copying back in part 1. Never had the chance to use it in part 2 :| would never have been useful against someone of kakuzus level - who was trolled & used to be a prop for narutos glory

Why wouldnt it have been useful though? Copying kakuzu's moves and movements, before he could even do them. Putting him in genjutsu in order to distract him long enough to capitalise. Doesnt make sense to me as to why kakshi couldnt use genjutsu on an opponent like kakuzu. KO'ing two anbu at once with gen, but cant use it in battle :|

Idk why people say "camp" in domu either, he doesn't have to sit there and not move he can use it to halt mostly everything Madara throws. WHEN its used.

He gets shit on in every other category, and pre-cog negates any tactical victories most likely.

There are 2 reasons I can think of

1. Kakuzu's Jingou = Hiden. Sharingan can't copy Hiden moves. So when Kakuzu used Mask to perform his jutsus, they wont be copied.
2. Maybe Kakashi is only skilled enough to copy high level Suiton and Raiton. Or he thinks Doton Domu wouldnt be useful in any situation he was in

There's no reason for you to have Kakuzu think or fight dumb here.

Right, in some capacity or another, Kakuzu has to fight with some masks in or outside of his body depending on the circumstance. My point was that using Domu for too long leaves him vulnerable and would prove to be a horrible mistake for Kakuzu given Madara's top tier speed and reaction feats, shadow clones, and those giant katons of his that can easily overwhelm Kakuzu's elemental streams. The masks simply cannot contend with Madara by himself let alone him coupled with some shadow clones. IMO, Kakuzu's best chance is to maintain the masks close to him or fight long range (probably in Earth Grudge Fear mode), because he'll get burned very badly in CQC.

I agree, though Kakuzu can harden specific parts of his body. The ones that he can't cover can be backed by Mask Blast.

Anyway, I feel like I could properly make arguments, for guaranteed victory for Kakuzu, if his featless Mask was given high level Suiton as a stimulation. It enables him to properly cover all sides without problems, imo.

Kakuzu's shown handsigns for a few, but the jutsu are amplified due to Kakuzu's mastery so without mastery over the element copying them would have been useless I believe.

Idk just my opinion, that shit was never expanded on.


It can honestly be argued that Kakuzu can slightly move in Domu.
