Kakuzu v Orochimaru

we've barely seen any of oro's jutsu but based on the jutsu we have seen kakazu takes

Kakuzu is formidable but I think Oro's somewhat immunity to ninjutsu would play a bigpart in this battle

I do like the fact that you're being actually unbiased. I'm going with Kakuzu, even if Orochimaru had his summons, and 1, emphasis on 1, Edo summon(Restricting it to Nidaime Hokage.) Orochimaru's immunity only extends so far, he will eventually be worn out from repetetive beating, whereas Kakuzu has 6 lives.

Until we see more from Oro, I say Kakuzu for now.

When you say summons, do you mean Edo summons or all of his summons in general? If it's just his Edos then I believe he takes it. W/o his summons.. that's a harder decision to make. One of his best abilities is summoning his snakes for combat.

Orochimaru lost almost all his jutsus against Hiruzen. We've barely seen current Orochimaru in action or doing ninjutsu, and he face an opponent he can't hurt(diamond defense) with 5hearts, 5affinities and great experience. I would give Kakuzu the edge until we see more concerning Orochimaru

Current oro has hydra mode which is more than enough to finish kisame and his hearts

Hydra mode is good, but we haven't seen what it can actually do..

Also Kusanagi is a good enough weapon to defeat the hearts
