Akatsuki were supposed to be an elite group of criminal shinobis, but most of them were fodderized, imo. It made sense that Hidan lost to Shikamaru, since he was so reckless in his fighting style. But Kakuzu, Sasori, Deidara, they all lost in fights they should have won, at least at thatcurrent time.

they should have won only because you say so. all of them met their perfect matchups. no one else would make sense defeating them and it took elites to bring them down so no one was trolled at all

they were getting beaten the whole fight and even then sasori had to let them kill him. sakura is the ONLY person who could have made that antidote. chiyo is kage level and would have been kazekage candidate back in the day. sakuras not fodder since she has a name

and since when does simply losing at all mean your "fodderised"? i was told thats a term for absurdly easy beatdowns. not the life or death duels that konoha had with akatsuki. it never took one person to even stand a chance against them. sasuke needed manda. chiyo needed sakura etc
