Kakuzu Question?

Okay's I'm a little confused and I hope people can help me out. Does Kakuzu have all the other organs or does Earth Grudge Fear only need hearts. Because it looks like his body if full of black threads. I feel the jutsu makes it so he only needs hearts to live idk?​

I guess he does. He was just human after all. On the other aspects he must be a being whose life is solely connected to his hearts and not really other organs. This is even the reason why he can only die, after destroying each of his hearts.

Kakuzu probably has all other organs but I guess the large amount of chakra from the hearts kept the other ones vitalized for the 90 years.

Doton: Domu required the Earth natured Heart.

EDIT: Jiongu was just a kinjutsu used to turn the body into a structure that could be separated and reformed at will using those threads. He used said technique to stitch the extra hearts in.

He can but why bother? There's so much chakra pumping around his body that his other organs should be well fortified and preserved.

I believe so. He used the hearts to prolong his life so that must mean that the hearts were alive and in order for him to keeps the hearts alive he must of had his other organs(or someone elses for all we know)
