Using Bansho Tenin + Soul Rip on Deidara before he sets it up. Which he is likely to do as his first move with full intel anyways, seeing that none of the members of team 1 have the reflexes to react to it.

Besides that, Nagato wins. Preta Path and Asura Path shut down their entire arsenal, and he can literally pick off each member with Bansho Tenin + Soul Rip/chakra rods whilst keeping the rest at bay with missiles/chakra cannon and summons. If Kisame uses the dome he succeeds in drowning Kakuzu and Deidara (if Deidara is not high enough in the sky) whilst Nagato can just absorb it or break out with boss toad level Shinra Tensei + Asura Path jet boots, whereas chakra cannons, missiles, Shinra Tensei, the bird summon or Bansho Tenin can take Deidara out of the sky, assuming Nagato doesn't just rip out his soul at the start of the match.
