Sasori could very well be on minato's level though. I mean Sasori has very few weaknesses as minato does, he even has more battle experience i am pretty sure. That doesn't mean Sasori would beat minato but he could be close to his level given his feats I don't think he is quite that good. Like i said Itachi is on a different level than Kakuzu imo. Kakuzu is about the level of kisame really.

No. They're manipulated by chakra, the chakra that comes from the heart stored inside the limb. Much like puppets are controlled by chakra. And he has only one brain, meaning that when the chakra in his brain is disrupted all of his chakra is disrupted. Even if he is able to break out of genjutsu, tsukuyomi is unbreakable by someone who doesn't have the sharingan and isn't a blood relative of the user. So tsukuyomi is a one shot kill anyway.
