awesome bio but i dont think you are allowed to have it until you have been a member for 4 months then you have to pass a test

no theres no real Restrictions beside following the regular Arena rules and Rank rules for makeing a Kakuzu Bio

but u wont have any of the hearts till u reach special Jounin rank where u will get 2 hearts
i think i dont know for sure but that what it says
