How so? Minato can't pierce Domu without some type of re-direction of Kakuzu's own attacks. That is if Minato is your reason for Team two taking it

Tsunade has intel on FTG, this means she would summon Katsuyu who would search and melt Minato's Kunais. Yamato is a non factor, I don't even know why is he here.

The fight can go either way. Tsunade and Kakuzu would have a hard time to hit Minato, who would have a hard time to kill them.
