Anyway,gold is denser than iron,and Gaara beat his father with sand,so sand>iron,which makes a clear result.
Tsunade would destroy kakuzu's hearts with moderated difficulty.Their speed is not incredible nor impossible to follow.

Sure it won't be easy, but he can. He has the edge in ninjutsu, and could pverwhelm them with quick combos. He is untouchable thanks to his doton defense. For me, it could go either way but it will be high difficulty.

tsunade has super regen and healing and she can boost gaara's chakra + heal him
also tsunade is stronger than the raikage and she broke a non-complete susano'o
gaara has amazing sand control he can fly use a huge sand defense ( the doom ) + his mother defense ( like the one vs his father ) then start using sand tsunamis and hand and sand burial and all other cool stuff

gaara's sand is far from regular sand he beat his own father's sand also gaara's using his first layed of sand shield ( the one that is like a skin ) + a doom of sand + his mother defense ( like vs his father ) = iron sand can't do anything

Sasori with 3rd Kazekage can break through Gaara's base sand, come on. And Kakuzu can use nature advantage (lightning?) to break through as well. Gaara can't defend the team so he's useless and gets killed; Tsunade can survive Kakuzu's attacks and break hearts lol, as well as use antidotes to survive Sasori's poison. But she can't do that forever, especially since she's still only close range. Kakuzu and Sasori high dif.
