kakuzu and naruto

Sorry i meant as soon as he got sm coz kakuzu was already dead. That would be in nagato time. Even starting with sm activated he could only make 2 rasenshuri and while fighting 5 fast enemies still seems impossible to me.

Either way, if naruto started with sage mode, it would be easier. He could make clones in sage mode(sage mode clones are kage level) to help in the fight, instead of only using them for rasengan. Naruto sage mode is fast, really fast, and really strong. He could manage to get into kakuzu's blind spot and hit him with a powerful punch or atack, not necessarily a rasen shuriken.

I don't see the problem he was out number'd which could have un-eased him leading to his falling for the shadow clone trick no biggy.

Here's the problem...

1. Kakuzu for the most part is honestly far from being tired...he's still kicking at basically max potential...just down a couple hearts.

2. He switches to LONG RANGE MODE in order to keep DISTANCE from Naruto.

3. He is 91 years old....DECADES of experience....noting he's seen Kinkaku transform as well as knows of Kagebunshin He's actually the most experienced shinobi in the Narutoverse.

4. Fought and survived Hashirama WITHOUT Earth Grudge Fear.



Now, with those four points, it makes no sense that he decides to...

1. Charge Naruto in a long range mode that has an option for a Fire-Wind combo.

2. Get filled by Naruto's shadow clone move twice....and both times it is virtually the EXACT SAME PLOY. Not only should he have the experience to deal with clone ploys, bit to fall for the same tactic twice IMMEDIATELY in a row?!


Yeah....Kakuzu got mad trolled. Also with his experience....he should have known this was the time to fall back. Live to fight another day.

Edit: Then after that he's further trolled by Kakashi saying he may have needed to use Kamui...he honestly had mo idea when they'd show, and was in a situation where he'd die twice...had no time to do so.

I won't even go into the war arc lol!

Sounds more like your not a fan of naruto or an extreme fan of kakuzu

I, uh, half-agree. The thing is, everything in the manga is plot, and yes, like somebody said, the arc might have been rushed because of editors. But also, every person can make mistakes, including fatal ones, Kakuzu, too. He underestimated Naruto, perhaps? I know he said "I should be careful of this" upon seeing RS, but maybe he still underestimated the full magnitude of it. We like to believe our favourite characters never make mistakes, but they do, and I dare say it adds realism to them. However, I also think Kishi could have written it better, like them actually beating Kakuzu with teamwork. Have Ino do something, for instance :|
