Kakuzu is better, but ultimately loses to Kisame due to poor match-up. Kakuzu can't do anything against giant water shark bomb.

Kakuzu has earth release just so you know. Earth>water.

He has never shown any Earth Release techniques except grudge fear or w.e and that's pointless against Kisame, thanks to samehada.

Kisame also has Earth Release though. He's only show one technique though.
