Don't really recall what he has besides his fog that Kakuzu can blow away, his summon is a salamander so it has a mostly watery exterior.

Honestly Kakuzu can solo here, Hidan probably not as I believe his speed was sufficient enough to eventually decapitate him along with his paper bomb techniques.
