Pretty sure he did know amertarasu.....The wind is near instant but then it gets turned into a massive jutsu (atsugai) so once the wind is expelled his cloak will be gone and he won't be able to react like Kakashi did.

Ay's superior speed (reflexes is iffy) is negated by the fact that Kakashi had more time, so they both are still hit by base wind that is blown outwards. I don't remember how fast base Ay is but I don't think it's Kakashi level....

Nothing was said as far as I recall. All that was said is that he went V2 to combat Mangekyo. That can interpreted in many ways, but there's no clear cut evidence he knew about it's speed, in particular. Why won't he be able to react? Kakashi couldn't physically react to Susano'o arrow (which is slower than Amaterasu) yet he reacted to Atsugai? And then Ay who dodged Amaterasu effortlessly is going to get caught despite being much, much faster w/ better reflexes? He gets away from the jutsu long before it manages to catch him.

Consider that Hidan won't be that much of a distraction the same way he was for Kakashi because Ay outright blitzes him and there's nothing Hidan can do about it; it's not gonna be some CQC skirmish like he had with Kakashi who had to divert ALL his attention towards Hidan and was caught completely off guard. Atsugai won't be a blindside at all.

I think it can fly. We've seen how durable/strong Kakuzu's threads are compared to their initial mass, they'd easily generate enough force to propel his mask off the ground. Regarding the holes in the wings, all Kakuzu would need to do is path them with another multitude of threads.

How is sasori beating Ay? He is no way piercing Ay's lightining armour with anything on his arsenal, that means no poisoning. How does he avoid a speedblitz? His reflexes are nothing to v2 Ay's speed, who dodges any surpirse atack Sasori makes.
