Wouldn't physically touching the tools already get him blood? I mean they are weapons so...if they come in contact blood will most likely be obtained.

Kakuzu can't beat speedsters like Ayy so that's out of the question. Uhm, it's basically the same, as he could before. Not sure about Hidan's case, not an expert on him.

The only way they would be able to beat the Raikage would be due to the Raikage getting angry quickly, he wasn't the smartest we've seen. Hidan would easily piss him off, and get blitzed, Kakuzu, and Hidan might seem like they don't like each other much, but their teamwork is flawless.

Hidan would be the decoy, Raikage would blitz him, boom Kakuzu hits Raikage with a Futon: Atsugai taking off his Raiton Armor, Hidan (due to his Immortality) would still more than likely be able to function, and draw blood from the Raikages now bear body with his scythe giving them the win.

Its harder to dodge when not at point blank range and when you don't have pre-cog, but if Raikage blitzes and Hidan can grab his arm or some shit well then he should still be stuck.

Yes, but Ay's reflexes more than make up for lack of Sharingan pre-cog. His reactions are > to Kakashi's, and that isn't really debatable. And Hidan is never grabbing a hold of Ay, not gonna happen. If Ay blitzes like

Pretty sure he did know amertarasu.....The wind is near instant but then it gets turned into a massive jutsu (atsugai) so once the wind is expelled his cloak will be gone and he won't be able to react like Kakashi did.

Ay's superior speed (reflexes is iffy) is negated by the fact that Kakashi had more time, so they both are still hit by base wind that is blown outwards. I don't remember how fast base Ay is but I don't think it's Kakashi level....
