kakuza Question

He got all the elemental jutsu fire,lightning,water,earth and wind .However how he did not fuse these element to get elemental release .For example dust release ,managa release etc or did not combine all the element to get a new release? ?

I would guess that it's just very hard to accomplish. i think of kakashi for example. no question a genius and a master of lightning however he just couldn't combine lightning with the rasengan. And i believe the manga also said something about a "blood line limit" having to do with it as well.

Maybe Kishi thought it'd be too overpowered. I sure think it would have been..
Maybe they can ONLY stay seperated.

don't confound kekkei genkai/tota and elemental combined jutsus.
these are 2 differents level.even hiruzen used some doton/katon combined jutsu vs orochimaru.kakuzu can't use a kekkei genkei unless he steal somoene's heart who got kekkei genkai maybe or do genetics experience like danzo.

or it will be to much power for one character like kakashi and his 1000 jutsus

The reason these elemental mixes are called "bloodline limits" is because the ability to mix elements is something that can only be done if you are born with the ability. Kakuzu does not possess this ability, therefore he cannot mix elements.
