With no limitations to either of them, it'll be incredibly difficult to call. Gaara more than likely is one of the strongest kazekages ever but kakashi was just moments away from being the hokage. He wouldn't be the strongest but he'd still be a superb one. With unlimited chakra and no fatigue they'd wreck the battlefield!!! One main reason why this match is somewhat unpredictable is b/c both kakashi and gaara think logically when fighting and never just spam jutsus like naruto and sasuke. (IJS)
