Looks: He has shoulder-length dirty blond hair and often wears a cocky smile, though in his interaction with Uiharu Kazari, it is shown that he can fake warmth and kindness. Kazari also notes that he radiates an almost vulgar sense of style. He wears a dark maroon colored suit with a white collared shirt, both unbuttoned, revealing a red v-neck under them.
Personality: He is a rival with Mugino Shizuri, ITEM's leader. He strives to become the strongest, even if it means that he needs to kill off Accelerator. He's also a ruthless, cocky, and cold hearted individual, though at times he may show mercy. When attempting to find Last Order to draw out Accelerator, he attacks and tortures Kazari and was on the verge of killing her when she refused to give him Last Order's location; but when attempting to eliminate Takitsubo Rikou, he decided to let her go. He prefers not to get innocent people involved in his battles, though if they do get involved, he will not go out of his way to protect them. However, he shows no mercy to his enemies or anyone who opposes him and will crush them without hesitation.

Background Info
History: Kakine was born in Amegakure and into the Valentine family. Kakine is known in the village to be a ruthless, cocky, and cold hearted individual. An example was the day were he decided to attack Yahiko, also a Valentine. Yahiko had said something that Kakine didn't like and so he attacked him. The fight didn't take long as other members of the village got in the way and stopped the fight. "what are you thinking attacking the kage?" one said but kakine didn't care. A few days later, Sado decided to meet with kakine to calm him down and it worked, Kakine later met with the Yahiko and apologized. Later on more interesting things would occur....

Wind Affinity: After some training in the wind element with Ushiro, Kakine is now capable of using wind jutsu with just one hand seal.
Water Affinity: After some training in the Water element with Shinta, Kakine is now capable of performing jutsus with faster hand seals.
Valentine Clan Abilities: Kakine now has improved transformation abilities, as well as the ability to passively absorb senjutsu, although only sufficient to source the chakra for the modes used in this style. Due to this ability to absorb senjutsu chakra and it regulating around him at all times, his physical strength and durability increases (+15 damage to all taijutsu) as well as ninjutsu abilities (+10 damage to all ninjutsu). Due to his training with natural energy, he has the ability to detect living things through their life force. He is also naturally more resilient than normal humans and as such has a high resistance to toxins and pathogenic matter, as well a longer lifespan.
Dark Knight: Mainstay rank of the clan, they have access to most abilities of the clan though gain no additional benefits aside from a lifespan double that of a normal human.

Valentine’s Cursed Seal (Tanabata Juinjutsu)

Description: A technique that brings a member of the Valentines under the control of the user. The techniques works similarly to Hyuuga’s Juinjutsu, and is only taught to the high ranking members of the clan and select officials of the Rain village/Akatsuki as a countermeasure against betrayals. The seal is placed on all members of the Clan upon joining and is automatically activated upon death. The seal has numerous functions, primarily causing an extreme paralysis with a single Seal of Confrontation, the same way Danzo’s Juinjutsu works. The curse seal has the appearance of a Black Heart placed on the right side of the members chest. When activated sealing scripts pour out of the heart and bind the body.
The secondary function of the seal is to completely this destroy the victim’s body. The function activates automatically upon Death but can also be forcefully triggered by a user of this technique. When activated, the Black heart on the chest breaks apart and splits into two. This makes the seal unstable and the effects extends to the victims body, the seal absorbs natural energy at an extreme rate quickly petrifying the victim into a statue form. This both kills the victim (If he’s alive) and completely destroys the D.N.A rendering the body unusable.
Alternatively, the technique could also be applied on opponents in the middle of battle by striking the chest. The seal has the same effects of paralysis and petrification even on Non-Valentines. Also, activating the seal against an opponent counts as one of the user's 3 jutsu per turn.

Kakine carries a sword on his left hip as well as Ame's umbrella
Umbrella's: Hidden Rain's signature weapon. Umbrella's are shown to be used frquently by Rain ninja in anime/manga, this is an optional weapon to add to their biographies. Their abilities:
Gliding: Once high in the air and using a wind technique to create a gust an open umbrella could allow extended periods in air by gliding, with the advantage of wind direction user could move long distances slowly but easily and dropping in altitude. With any given technique that pushes, a user could glide above 25m high in the air and move with the speed of 8m/turn.
Senbon Shower: releases a hailing "shower" of senbon. It cannot be dodged by moving away since the needles cover a wide area in all directions, controlled by chakra. Although the needles are said to be able to pierce a five millimetre thick steel sheet, they can still be blocked by a powerful enough shield. Medical ninja can dip their senbon with poison to increase their lethality.

Sheild: The cover of the umbrella is made up of metallic threads, capable of defending against weak physical attacks and projectiles.
Added Modification: Wires, the ribcage of the umbralla could be modified to shoot out wires from the end. This could be used to bind targets.
