Orochimaru, high-diff. Kakuzu would probably be able to fight equally with Orochimaru without any summons active, but he doesn't have anything to go up against both Orochimaru and Manda, or the Eight Branches Technique. It would be a long fight, and it would make Orochimaru bust out his strongest jutsu, but Oro ultimately comes out on top.
