Now again preform those hand signs and simply release your chakra into the sky above you.

Description: After making the needed hand signs, user will subtely release his chakra into the sky above him. User combines his chakra with that of the water particles in the sky making them combine and form dense rain clouds. These clouds are similar to Monsoon type rain clouds and are endowed with the users chakra (as well as rain made from clouds). Takes two turns to for clouds to fully form. Once formed the clouds will release a constant heavy down pour of rain. Being made of users chakra if clouds are blown away user can summon them back. Last 3 turns
Note Can only be used twice per battle

I begin by making the handsigns of the snake, crane,water, and the boar, and my body glows with a blue aura of my mastery over the rain...i then use this aura to make it rain as hard as a hurricane by combining my chakra with that of the water particles in the sky making them combine and turn into dense rain clouds. The clouds are similar to monsoon type clouds...and....*BOOM* *THUNDERCLAP*

(Kadou Tsunami no Jutsu) - Vortex Tsunami Technique

The final effect of this technique is a swirling storm of Water that rushes towards an opponent in a fierce tidal wave like motion.The speeds that this vortex spins at are so fast that it is able to cut through armor. This technique, once sent out is almost impossible to stop and will continue going until the chakra supporting it runs out. As a downside, the storm will chase down an opponent and anything near an opponent, including the user of the jutsu .

this is a doozy, but can cause major damage to an enemy. But be careful or you can be gravely injured as well.

Using the chakra driven rain you just summoned call forth the rain to surround you.

As the rain surrounds you use your chakra to boost it's speed, and use your body(arms and hands) to guide torrent of water towards your opponent.
