Kakashi's teleportation ability

Most likely they can open the void with their eye and can view the normal world through it and choose where they want to pop out at.

Most likely the left Eye is for sniping and he right eye is for phasing. But there is still no proof yet Kakashi can send himself into the Kamui dimension either like Obito can. He only got into the Kamui world because he and Obito Kamui'd each other at point blank range and Obitos suck him in along with himself.

He was in the Kamui dimension, and via Obito's own eye he saw what was going on.
They share the same eye...what did you expect?
