It's not Sharingan no Kakashi anymore, nor Copy Ninja Kakashi.

The Sharingan to be specific MS is only needed to awoken Sussano, so Kakashi should be able to use it still. However for that he would need Uchiha's chakra to stay in him or maybe Obito before leaving trigger awakening/forced special chakra in Kakashi's body so he can uses Sussano.

Anyway, Even if Kakashi preserves Sussano, then of course it will be neither PS or Final Sussano, v3 Legged Sussano also. The most I can see is Skinned version v3 without legs..., or even just Full Skeleton as amount of chakra Kakashi has would only allow him to go so far.

If madara could pull susanoo with out eyes, then kakashi highly possibly could copy it. Kakashi is the copy ninja after all.
