no he can't because why was obito trying to warp minato ,if minato can go back from other dimension?
why did minato say the one who would attack faster would win?simply because he know he can't go back from other diemnsion

if you mean he can use ftg while kakashi warps him,i think kakashi has good chance to warp him without he feel
people underrate kakashi's kamui ,some think amtarasu is faster or as fast as kamui ,sasuke was able to avoid itachi's 2 amatrau ,while kakashi was able to warp 2 susano's arrow in no time although his ms was locked when the arrows was going toward him,kakashi was able to warp pain's rocket ,nail
don't compare between amatrasu and kamui

kakashi here ,warped BM naruto without obito who has sharingan,rinningan noticed the warping and before the stick hit naruto's head although it was nearly touching naruto's hair ,although both of naruto and the stick was going toward the other in high speed and although kakashi was performing another kamui on rasingan
so can you imagine this speed ?
it is like kakashi stopped the time's moving
i'm really think that the one who being warped by kakashi's best kamui ,won't feel to make any reaction ,he suddenly would find himself in the other dimension
even minato i don't see him feel kamui , then think and then use ftg ,even sharingan and riningan users couldn't see it
surly kakashi can't warp minato while he disappears with ftg but he could, if he started using kamui on him before minato use ftg because simply he wouldn't feel ,imagine if kakashi warped a part of his neck as size as nail(so small)in this speed ?do you think minato would feel kamui to his neck in this speed?
