Kakashi has Mangekyo Sharingan activated in his left eye, what if, before dying, Obito gives his another mangekyo sharingan eye to Kakashi, would Kakashi be able to use Susanoo then?

We really don't know. You have to be a full blooded Uchiha, plus Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi are requirements for susanoo

If there wasnt any restraints then im sure he could have figured out how to use it. Madara said both MS are needed to awaken the Susanoo and imo Madara doesnt have Tsukuyomi or Amaterasu.

Nobody thats not an Uchiha or a Hyuga uses two eyes they be dead from chakra depletion what good is being blindfolded on day to day and only taking it off for battle,nobody that has a sharigan active can deactivate it if their not an Uchiha, that is why Uchiha and Hyuga eyes in non Uchiha and non Hyuga is keep covered till battle.
