Kakashi's Sharingan > Sasuke's Rinnegan

Putting this into a matter of perspective, in which only two chapters alone Kakashi has proven that is he has more abilities in terms of his dōjutsu kekkei genkai as compared to Sasuke who has continuously so far been limited and having to "recharge" his chakra reserves when it comes to his Rinnegan. Kakashi has shown to immediately use a fully-armored Susano, a completed usage of the Kamui technique with "Kamui Shuriken" and "Kamui Raikiri", ridiculous speed and already the usage of his previous abilities of being able to immediately copy another person's techniques right off the bat which speeds up the learning process. According to the recent manga he has also apparently gained the Sage's chakra though his combined chakra with Obito's.

So with his new abilities, it seems that he gained more than what Sasuke currently now has with his 1/2 Rinnegan.

For now, yes, we can assume Kakashi has more abilities, but really? Other than being transferred for a quarter of the fight,
and one failed attack from an extreme gravitational dimension, has Sasuke even gotten a moment to shine? Nah...

Let me interject that Sasuke's Chidori is nothing more than a modified Raikiri that Kakashi himself taught him, and concerning the matter of "speed" there is a difference with actual speed(Kakashi) and teleportation from one area to another through a vast object(Sasuke).
