Kakashi's Sharingan Power

According to the Second Hoakge, the power of the eye correlates with the level of hatred. So is Kakashi's eye power correlate to his own hate? Or to Obito's?

We've seen that they both transformed into a Mangekyo, despite being in separte bodies, so they may still be connected. Yet Kakashi's seems weaker in terms of normal use (how long its activated, etc.). Taking into consideration that Kakashi isn't an Uchiha and Obito has Senju DNA, thats probably why though.

In any case, is Kakashi's sharingan power correlated to Obito's hate?

I say this because he blamed himself for Obito's "Death" and we've yet to see what caused the Rin incident
