it says that you need amerterasu and tyskuyomi and he may have use tsykuyomi on the raikage but you need those two ms to get susanno and it is on a special page from the manga creater.

4 Goodness sake, u dnt need amaterasu and tsukiyomi to unlock susanoo, u only need 2 ms techniques in both eyes, whch vary with most users. for ex kakashi wit kamui, shishui wit ka, itachi wit tsukiyomi and amaterasu, and 4 goodness sasuke doesnt hv tsukiyomi, his ms techs are amaterasu and enton (i.e ability to manipulate amaterasu). we dont knw wat ms tech madara has yet.

According to the datebook it says Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi but for all we know that could just be stating specifically for Itachi.

It could just require both MS's techniques to be unlocked. Unfortunately for Kakashi he will never be able to use Susanoo. (Unless Kishi decides for god know whatever reason to give him two abilities in one eyes or some shit. That'd be stupid.)

I can really only see Kamui evolving, not any new technique being discovered.

I'm assuming Obito would just be able to use it easier and more often than Kakashi, but perhaps he could have evolved the technique further by now.
